My Animoto video

I made an Animoto video about travel and nature. To make an Animoto video, go to Animoto. com and click on "Create Post." You can choose your pictures, background, and music from Animoto or your own computer. I chose mine from Animoto's website.

The video you are about to watch ( or already watched ) was not made for any specific thing. I just chose ones I liked ( And some were even random ).

You can pay Animoto if you want better quality or even by an app on Animoto called "Full Screen," for a full video. Please enjoy the video and comment ( if you like it )  So go ahead and try whatever you would like! ENJOY!!! ( or don't). Have a nice day.

Harry Potter in a Hillwood-Made Video

This video I made was about the new Harry Potter movie, Deathly Hollows Part 1. I decided to make it because I was very wrapped up in the description of the movie. You can read my post about the film's director's efforts to create a tense moment here.

The Big Cats, A Closer Look

When I was deciding what I should do with this video, my cats popped into my head. So I looked for tons of picture that had to do with all the cats' habitats and what all of them look like. The lions look innocent, some are sleeping, and some are curious about the nature around them.

They are all Big Cats, except for a little kitten looking through a water glass.

I think the video is really pretty, and leaves viewers with an impact. Many of these cats are endangered and in need of help. Of course, the cats are cute, especially if you love them, like myself, Faryn, and Angela.

Hillwood's 60th Anniversary in Muir Woods

Last Sunday, Hillwood went to Camp Hillwood in Muir Woods. The occasion was the 60th anniversary for Hillwood Academic Day School.

We first had a BBQ then a long hike. We got many pictures of the woods. There weren't any deer but there were lots of trees. I loved the hammock at the camp. Everyone had a lovely time.



The hike was long and hard but I mainly liked stone stacking. There was a fun Pinata to whack. Don't forget about the candy. There was also a lot of singing with Ms. Gayle Shcmitt. Mr. Eric Grantz, the owner, hosted this wonderful BBQ. There was lots of desserts and lots of dumplings and meat. The camp is were Hillwood's summer program takes place each year.

Trip to Muir Woods!

The Hillwood school went to Muir Woods on Sunday. The school was celebrating Hillwood's 60th anniversary. Hillwood took a trip to hike in Muir Woods on Sunday. We had a great B-B-Q and and our music teacher sang songs with her. (Our teacher, Mrs. Schmitt is in the video shown above.)

Hillwood played volley ball, and ran at the creek.We had lots of fun. There were lots of kids that used to go to Hillwood Academic. There was about 40 to 50 kids at the Hillwood cabin. The Grantz family were the ones who aranged this cabin meating. Our music teacher Mrs. Schmitt was there. She is the one who started the band Toodala Ramblers. You could go to her site www. gaylesongs.com and listen to more of her songs.
