Ancient Egypt 




In ancient Egypt girls were married around 12 years old.
 Boys were married around 15 which is the age that a boy became a
 man while girls became woman around 12.
     when ancient Egyptians got married there marriages were all was arranged a marriage for love was not allowed.
    When people married the man gave his wife a allowance.
          In Egypt the woman was allowed more wrights than the 
woman in other countries like Rome and England. They could 
       order divorce,own land, have a job, and other things.
                  It was not unusual for family's to have 10 to 12 kids
 but usually only 5 or 6 children would survive to adult hod.
    In Egypt a man might have who is rich might have
          50 or 100 wives.
           In Egypt people loved fashion and wealthy people would wore wigs and gold jewelry while poor people wore fancy hair styles and beds made of mud painted bright colors.

ancient Egyptians wrote in hieroglyphics but people wold not learn this at a school but bye people in there family only the Royal family went to school but only for 5 years.
