Welcome to the Cabin

Did every 4-8 grader enjoy the cabin sleepover? This May, the Grantz' host the annual cabin sleepover in Muir Woods. At the cabin, the boys and the girls do many fun things, both day and night. With many things to do, like catching salamanders and making movies, the cabin sleepover is the place to go to.
We had a lot of fun at the cabin. During the day, we searched for salamanders at the creek, played volleyball, and we even went hiking. For lunch, we had yummy sandwiches. By the end of the day, we had dinner and we ate Mrs. Grantz' macaroni and cheese with Mr. Grantz' roasted chicken and sausages. After that, we changed into our pajamas and we prepared our sleeping bags. Once we were ready, we watched movies. As we did, we ate jelly beans and s'mores. The eight graders roasted the marshmallows for the s'mores. When everyone woke up in the morning, we had cinnamon rolls and hot cocoa. When we were done, we cleaned up the cabin and we dresses ourselves up for the day.
The cabin sleepover is a great way to bring kids together and have fun all together. It brings the students one step closer to nature. "I enjoyed the cabin and I would like to go again," said Asiana from seventh grade.
