Movie Review: Toy Story 3

Toy Story 3 movie posters have been everywhere in San Francisco! On buses, bus stops, and downtown. But what is really behind the third sequence of Toy Story?

Toy Story 3 is definitely a big change from the first two movies. The gang is all back but, Andy has grown up to be a tough 17 year old who is going off to college. What does he need a bunch of toys for? Toys Buzz, Woody, Jessie, Bullseye, Slink the Dog, and Mr & Mrs Potatohead join us for an adventure in their world to get Andy back! New characters include Barbie & Ken, Lotso (who smells like strawberries!), and the Baby are along to join the fun. But are they all really on the "good" side? Watch to find out!

Ratings from me - 1 for being not an issue, 5 for being a very big one

Violence: 3 The movie may scare some children under the age of seven. There is a scary scene at the end of the movie that leads everyone to think that the toys may die. Some toys in the movie are also very nasty to each other. Kids in the Caterpillar room often destroy toys quickly.

Consumerism: 1 Shows a Barbie & Ken doll house with a lot of different outfits.

Drugs: 1 During the movie, the new toys play a little gambling and drinks some "whisky."

More movie reviews to come: The Karate Kid, Despicable Me, Eclipse, Beastly, Ramona and Beezus, Letters to Juliet, Marmaduke.
