The Real James Bond
James Bond was fictional, but he was based of a real spy. That real spy, Sir William Samuel Stephenson, fought in the First World War and returned and married a tobacco heiress, and then when the Second World War came around he enlisted again and help with the war effort. He was a close confident for both Winston Churchill and Franklin Roosevelt. He also helped establish the CIA and helped
break the Enigma code that the Nazis made. He also stopped the Nazis from making a hydrogen bomb by sabotaging their hydrogen plant. He was the main person that influenced Ian Fleming to make James Bond.
