My First Story for Scholastic, and the Process to Making It

I wrote my first story for Scholastic this week.  You can read the story here.  My story was written about the city's preparation for the Super Bowl.

Here is the process I used to write my story.  First, I did research on the Super Bowl.  I wrote a story with the help of other news stories I found, and what I saw on the streets.  Then, I went to Chestnut Street to interview shopkeepers and fans of the 49ers.  I took a lot of pictures of cool store windows and of 49ers cakes.  I interviewed the owner of a pet shop and a huge 49ers fan.  I put the story together and it got published the next day.  You can read the full story here.
